Roomzic is a service that lets a "host" create a music room and invite participants to suggest tracks to play, optionally relying on a third-party music platform account (Spotify, Deezer, Tidal, YouTube...). Using Roomzic implies full acceptance of these terms.
Creating an account (email/password or via Google/Facebook) is required to host or join a room. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity performed from your account.
A room's host sets its parameters (participant limit, suggestion moderation, connected music platform). Participants can search for and suggest tracks; depending on the room's settings, suggestions are either accepted automatically or subject to approval by the host/moderators.
If you connect a Spotify, Deezer, Tidal, or YouTube account to a room, you remain subject to that platform's own terms of use. Roomzic is neither the publisher of, nor responsible for, the music content hosted there, and only accesses it on the host's behalf, within the limits described in our privacy policy.
You agree to only suggest tracks whose playback via the connected platform is lawful, and not to use Roomzic to distribute illegal, abusive content, or content infringing a third party's rights.
Some features (unlimited participants, advanced customization...) are offered as a paid subscription, billed via Stripe. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled from the room settings before the renewal date.
Roomzic uses reasonable means to keep the service available, without guaranteeing absolute continuity (maintenance, outage, unavailability of a connected third-party platform).
You may delete your account at any time from your profile. Roomzic reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of abusive use or violation of these terms.
Roomzic's brand, logo, and interface belong to its operator. Music content accessed via a connected platform remains the property of that platform and its rights holders.
Roomzic cannot be held liable for a malfunction related to a connected third-party music platform, nor for content suggested by a participant.
